RULES

PLAYING BY THE RULES?

"You know you notice that the rules were okay as long as you did what they wanted you to do."

The quote was in reference to the law suit filed by the teachers union in Las Vegas against the Nevada Democratic Party.  It challenges where the caucuses should be held.

The quote is probably one of the best of the campaign and he is on the mark.  This campaign for the White House, especially on the Democratic side is going to be interesting and probably dirty and bloody.

Before Obama became a force to be reckoned with, the normal campaign rules were okay.  There are two sets of rules now.  One set for the Clinton campaign and one set for all the rest.  Barak Obama is right.  As long as the media does what the Clintons want them to do the rules are okay.  As long as Barak Obama plays by the Clinton rules, he is okay.  If the media or Barak Obama do not do what the Clintons want, the rules change.

This campaign has been designed by the Clintons, by the Clintons and for the Clintons.  They Democratic Party is allowing this to go on.  It is time for Barak Obama and the media to break the rules.  The rules are not okay.  Barak has to go on the attack and not care about the Clinton rules.  He needs to get more of the media to shed light on and scrutinize Clinton.  If he doesn’t, he will go down as the light weight candidate.

The rules have to be broken now.  If Hillary does get the nod, the campaign will get even uglier, as the Republicans do not have to be bound by Hillary’s rules and the media will only tolerate her one sided nonsense for only so long; especially if the Republicans keep beating the drum of fairness.

I have respect for Barak Obama.  I do not agree with his politics, but I respect him as a person.  He can be the David to smash the Clinton Goliath; only if he does not play by the rules.
